On Monday 20th January, we welcomed Sarah from the Liskeard and Looe Foodbank who did a cookery demonstration for a quick easy meal called Cowboy Beans. She also shared a range of ideas to vary it e.g. bacon, pork, different beans, fresh sausages, adding BBQ sauce and more!
